Limeharbour, E14

The building at Limeharbour is located on the site of the former London Arena in the Isle of Dogs.

Planning permission was granted by Tower Hamlets Council for a new 20-storey, co-living complex with 700 apartments. The construction was to include ancillary amenities, including cafes, restaurants, a gym and a swimming pool on the 19th floor.

Fg Addo Architects were contracted by BUJ Architects to produce the detailed design for the external cladding, building control technical drawings, internal layouts design, and the finish specifications. Beyond this, we also coordinated the mechanical, electrical, and structural services.
