Western Gateway, E16

The building at Western Gateway E16 is located on the site of a former traffic island in the Royal Victoria Docks.

Planning permission was granted by Tower Hamlets Council for a new build 24-storey, mixed-use development with 161 apartments and ancillary services, including offices and retail units.

Fg Addo Architects were contracted by BUJ Architects for the Western Gateway project. As part of this, we produced the detailed design for the external cladding, building control technical drawings, internal layouts design, and finish specifications. Moreover, we coordinated the mechanical, electrical, and structural services.
