Millharbour, E14

The building at Millharbour E14 is located in the heart of the Isle of Dogs.

Planning permission was granted by Tower Hamlets Council for a new build 24-storey, mixed-use development. The project was to comprise 430 apartments, 110 hotel rooms, and ancillary services that include conference suites, a swimming pool, and an enclosed sky garden.

Fg Addo Architects were contracted by BUJ Architects for the project. We were responsible for producing the detailed design for the external cladding, building control technical drawings, internal layouts design, and finish specifications. Beyond this, we also coordinated the mechanical, electrical, and structural services.
