The property is a Grade-2 listed Edwardian mansion set in 2 acres of landscaped grounds in Hampstead.

The client’s brief was to restore and modernise the property to create a lavish mansion incorporating 15 bedrooms, 5 reception rooms, an annexe fitness and entertainment suite, 2 swimming pools, a 5 car garage and a tennis court. Fg Addo Architects were appointed to produce the concept designs, detailed designs and specifications, manage and coordinate works on site.

We achieved a restoration that is faithful to the Edwardian period and incorporates the latest high technology gadgets and creature comforts commensurate with 21st-century living. Exotic materials were used through the restoration, such as 24-carat gold leaf accents on picture rails, Italian marble and limestone in the indoor pool and fitness suite and African hard wood panelling in the library.
