Westferry, E14

The building at Western Gateway E16 is located on the site of a former traffic island in the Royal Victoria Docks.

Planning permission was granted by Tower Hamlets Council for a new build development comprising 426 apartments arranged over 6 buildings, with the flagship building being a circular 15-storey tower containing 100 apartments.

Fg Addo Architects were contracted by BUJ Architects for the flagship tower to produce the detailed design for the external cladding, building control technical drawings, internal layouts design and finish specifications. Fg Addo Architects were also responsible for coordinating the mechanical, electrical, and structural services.
